Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from our payment gateway containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post- Express Post within 2 - 5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at info@robsjeanery.com.au.
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will provide you with a credit note or you may exchange your item(s). Please email us at info@robsjeanery.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Rob’s Jeanery will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Store Returns of In-store Purchases
Due to the nature of the purchase, we do not give refunds for change of mind. Goods may only be exchanged or a credit note issued within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Refunds will only be offered on faulty garments.
Sale Terms and Conditions
- From time to time and at the absolute discretion of Rob’s Jeanery, we may discount product collections and individual products in discount 'Sales'.
- Discount not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- No refunds on sale items.
- Shipping may take longer than normal due to high order volumes.
- All prices are inclusive of GST

Rob’s Jeanery uses the MIGS Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. MIGS processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the MIGS gateway are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Rob’s Jeanery or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within MIGs bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data..
- MIGS at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Rob’s Jeanery.

The purchase of Rob’s Jeanery clothing is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site.

Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Products for sale are in stock and available for dispatch from our online store. Rob’s Jeanery strives to fulfil all orders, however in the case an order can not be fulfilled you will be notified within 48 hours. When you place a Rob’s Jeanery order you enter into a sales contact, if you wish to cancel you are liable for any shipping and handling charges incurred by Rob’s Jeanery. The completion of the contract between you and Rob’s Jeanery is finalised once we despatch the goods to you. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above. Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
